Real Estate Terms: Deposit will be 15% or $5,000 whichever is greater along with a 10% buyer's premium will be required today by cash, cashier's check 

or money order.  Total deposit required today will not exceed a total of $10,000.

Such sum shall be held by the Special Commissioner and credited towards the purchase price following confirmation of the sale.  Subsequent taxes will be

prorated from the auction date, and the highest bidder will be responsible for taxes from that day forward. The deposit and the buyer's premium are due on the day

of the auction, and must be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. The balance for the purchase price and recording costs for the deed recordation

shall be deposited by the highest bidder with the Special Commissioner within 15 days or confirmation of the sale by the court.
